Inside, the air conditioning whispered, carrying the faint, sweet scent of Ritika’s perfume, now mingled with the musk of their recent intimacy. She cradled a crystal glass in her hand, the amber liquid swirling gently as she took a sip. Veeransh drove, his left hand resting casually on the wheel, his right hand, however, had a different agenda.
